Progressive Safety is seeking an experienced Safety Consultant to support a high-profile construction project in De Soto, KS. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of construction safety experience on mega-projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• OSHA 30 plus CPR/First Aid certification required.
• OSHA 510 (construction) preferred.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, evolving job sites.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and promote proactive safety culture.
• Train and educate workers through toolbox talks.
• Identify and mitigate job hazards and risks.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses; develop corrective actions.
• Ensure site compliance with OSHA, federal and state rules.
• Collaborate with site management and contractors to stay safe.
