Job summary

Advanced Digital Cable Llc seeks two Safety Coordinators to serve as primary safety resources for assigned manufacturing plants. You will report to the EHS Manager and collaborate with plant leadership to promote a safe workplace and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include on-floor safety presence, inspections, incident investigations, and coordinating new-hire safety training and refresher sessions. Strong communication and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial safety, supervision, maintenance, or operations.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently, identify hazards, and work effectively with employees and management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active, approachable safety presence on the manufacturing floor.
• Conduct routine inspections; identify unsafe conditions and practices; and track corrective actions through completion.
• Investigate injuries, incidents, near misses, and property-damage events; assist with root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Coordinate and deliver new-hire orientation, safety training, toolbox talks, and refresher training.
• Support LOTO, machine guarding, forklift safety, PPE, Hazard Communication, electrical/NFPA 70E, emergency preparedness, and fire/life safety programs.
• Assist with machine and process safety assessments involving moving equipment, wire, reels, pinch points, and nip points.
• Promote hazard and near-miss reporting and support the ADC Good Catch program.
• Maintain training, inspection, investigation, and corrective-action records.
• Participate in internal, regulatory, insurance, and customer safety inspections or audits.
• Track safety trends, communicate updates, and assist the other Safety Coordinator with major incidents, audits, training, or special projects.
