Insight Global in the United States (Gainesville, VA) is seeking a Site Safety Lead to maintain a safe work environment across an active job site, ensuring OSHA compliance and company safety policies. The role emphasizes strong field safety experience, professional certifications, and relationship-building with project teams to proactively identify and mitigate risk.

The position requires a demanding schedule, onsite work six days a week from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and the ability to start quickly

Qualifications

• BCSP CSP certification and 5+ years of safety construction experience or CSP with CHST.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Full availability for the project duration.
• Onsite 6 days/week from 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
• Must have PPE available by first day onsite.
• Strong construction/site safety experience; additional safety certifications advantageous.
• Data center or large-scale construction project experience.
• Ability to start quickly.

Responsibilities

This is a highly visible onsite role supporting critical project operations and requires a candidate who can commit to a demanding schedule and hit the ground running.
