Toyota Production Engineering Battery Department seeks an experienced Safety Control Systems Engineer to support safety compliance and validation. The role focuses on functional safety, circuit validation, and regulatory adherence within a fast-paced industrial setting.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional collaboration, mentor teams, and manage system audits while delivering on project milestones and deliverables across domestic operations.

Competenze

• ISO 13849-1 and ANSI B11 knowledge required.
• 3+ years in functional safety engineering in automotive, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Safety PLC programming experience and ability to read/modify logic.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Mansioni

• Develop detailed area project plans and schedules.
• Audit Safety Control Systems for ISO 13849 and ANSI B11 compliance.
• Identify non-conformities and document corrective actions.
• Design and verify countermeasures to achieve target performance levels.
• Lead cross-functional communication to resolve issues.
• Provide project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach Control Reliability teams.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and implementation as needed.
