Job summary

CBRE invites applications for a Health, Safety, and Environment Associate to develop operational guidance for high-voltage facilities and partner with data center and building operations teams. You will enforce SOPs and emergency plans, preventing incidents and ensuring environmental compliance.

You will help protect frontline technicians and maintain the reliability of critical infrastructure through rigorous safety programs and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of related experience.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex information clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support in monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Assist with development and implementation of complex strategic solutions to improve performance results.
• Verify permits, licenses, applications, and records are stored correctly for compliance.
• Present inspection records, complaints, and suspected violations to management with recommended solutions.
• Inform management, clients and employees of advanced control regulations and inspection findings.
• Assist management in cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
• Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems with little precedent.
• Impact own team and related teams; suggest process improvements to boost efficiency.
