Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Resort in Friant, CA seeks a Health and Safety Specialist to lead risk assessment, policy development and training. You will drive OSHA compliance and coordinate safety programs across the property, reporting to the Risk Manager and HR. Must be 21+ and able to obtain a gaming license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• One year of experience in human resources and/or risk and safety.
• Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Must be 21 or older and able to obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential risks across property and advise on controls.
• Develop, implement and manage safety policies and training programs.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Investigate incidents and determine root causes with corrective actions.
• Provide training on safe work practices and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate safety programs and maintain records for OSHA compliance.
