Job summary

Vertiv Anderson facility is seeking an experienced EHS professional to plan, implement, and manage local programs ensuring compliance and a culture of safety. This role provides direction to site leadership on risk reduction, safety best practices, and continuous improvements toward zero injuries.

You will coordinate with Learning and Development on required EHS training, maintain safety records, conduct audits, and support incident investigations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in manufacturing, construction, or warehouse operations
• Familiar with safety regulations and OSHA standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to influence at all management levels

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and drive zero-injury goals.
• Identify and prioritize EHS initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate with Learning and Development on required EHS training.
• Maintain safety records (SDS, JSA, Ergonomic Assessments) and incident logs.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Assist in incident investigations and corrective actions.
