Job summary

NECCO (ED Necco & Associates Inc.) is seeking a Safety Analyst to identify safety and risk areas across all company functions. You will collaborate with operations to resolve concerns and act as a subject matter expert in service-related processes to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher in a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in Human Services or related field.
• 3 years of administrative or human services experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Understanding of Behavioral Health services and Medicaid billable services.
• Ability to navigate software programs (Microsoft Office, EHR, dashboard).

Responsibilities

• Quality, safety and risk management through holistic file reviews.
• Report non-compliance or potential abuse to authorities per policy.
• Maintain current policies in line with governing bodies.
• Manage compliance docs and training materials.
• Coordinate license and certification submissions with Licensing Specialist.
• Address items in corrective action plans with key players.
• Stay informed on applicable statutes and regulations for Necco operations.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Monitor data via performance dashboards and share insights.
• Present internal review results to stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance on Necco processes.
• Serve as subject matter expert on safety and risk management.
• Suggest new systems, procedures or organizational changes.
• Other duties as assigned; practice Ruthless Pragmatism.
