Qualifications

• Knowledge of procedures to assess, evaluate, and monitor programs for compliance with laws and guidance.
• Experience in budgeting, expenditures, and cost-effective program support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims and the regional Damage Reimbursement Program.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, outside entities and insurers to research and verify docs.
• Track expenditures and revenue for the Damage Reimbursement Program and prepare reports.
• Schedule and maintain records for safety classes; assist with on-site safety checks.
• Provide guidance to meet Federal, State, Local, and OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate safety topics between M&O staff, other divisions, and outside entities.
