Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of concepts, principles, theories, and methods to plan, design, construct, operate, and maintain public works facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff with the administration of a construction project on-site.
• Act as the on-site representative of the Contracting Officer and provide continuous inspection of contractor activities.
• Coordinate with supervisor to resolve construction-related issues and make timely decisions.
• Interact with the public and client agencies on project matters; travel within the state may be required.
• Oversee field inspections, project documentation, materials testing, and contractor pay estimates.
