Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Safety Coordinator to design, deploy, and maintain the Global Safety Program focused on Corporate and Services Safety while supporting Supply Chain needs. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving and strong communication.

You will lead safety training, audits, incident analysis, and collaboration across teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Ability to set goals and manage multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal/communication (verbal and written) skills
• Liaise across diverse disciplines
• Investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Work independently with minimal direction
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and database management
• Translate OSHA/NFPA 70E standards to operations
• Willing to travel domestically

Responsibilities

• Be a safety resource and promote a 'Safety Always' culture.
• Assist with implementation and continuous improvement of safety plans.
• Make recommendations using judgement aligned with standards and policies.
• Develop Job Hazard Analysis and Hazard Assessments.
• Create safety training content and coordinate delivery.
• Conduct safety training for employees at all levels.
• Assist in safety audits and inspections.
• Analyze data, verify data, and distribute reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet goals.
• Promote Lean, 6S, CIP, AI integration in safety.
• Maintain inspection data and safety documentation.
• Support safety events and activities.
• Manage Safety Event/Concern submissions in ServiceNow.
