46 Logistics in Nashville is seeking a Safety & Compliance Coordinator to support the Safety & Compliance Manager in maintaining a safe, compliant fleet operation. You will collaborate with Fleet Management, Driver Management, and Maintenance to ensure drivers, vehicles, and processes meet regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, comfortable communicating with drivers and multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
• Experience with spreadsheets and fleet management software.
• Ability to communicate professionally with drivers and departments.
• Familiarity with Hours of Service (HOS) and safety regulations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support daily safety and compliance operations with the Manager.
• Maintain safety files, driver records, and compliance reports.
• Track expiring documents, licenses, and inspections.
• Monitor driver training and safety follow-ups.
• Assist with incident documentation and corrective action.
• Coordinate communications between Safety, Fleet, and Maintenance.
