Job summary

Fetch Package, Inc. is seeking a proactive Safety Coordinator to support Health, Safety, and Environmental programs. The role partners with warehouse teams, drivers, and leaders to make safety the easy choice and to drive a strong safety culture across the site.

You will lead inspections, incident investigations, and toolbox talks, and deliver training on forklift safety, hazard communication, lockout/tagout, and ergonomics. Occasional travel and a 25% travel requirement are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of experience, OR 3+ years in all aspects of safety.
• OSHA 30-Hour and First Aid/CPR/AED certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site leadership to implement OSHA requirements and reinforce safety culture.
• Partner with Transportation, HR, and Facilities to embed safe practices in daily ops.
• Conduct and document site inspections, identify hazards, ensure corrective actions are taken.
