Job summary

KNAPP North America is seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator for a dynamic warehouse environment with automated systems. You will lead safety initiatives, ensure ISO 45001 and OSHA compliance, and partner with Safety Compliance to improve site practices.

The role requires hands-on training, incident investigations, and proactive culture-building to protect workers and maintain safe operations across maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety role within industrial/logistics environments.
• Experience implementing ISO 45001 and OSHA standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety briefings and toolbox talks for the maintenance team.
• Serve as primary safety contact at the site and coach teams.
• Develop and maintain ISO 45001–compliant OHS management systems.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions and prevention measures.
