Job summary

8Fleet Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support and maintain health, safety, and compliance programs across multiple sites.

The role ensures OSHA regulations, workers’ compensation procedures, workplace safety initiatives, and drug testing are effectively administered in a warehouse/fleet context. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and experienced in safety coordination within transportation, fleet, or logistics environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety, HR compliance, workers’ compensation, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain company health & safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims and coordinate with insurers and providers.
• Coordinate drug testing processes and maintain confidential testing records.
• Perform regular safety audits and identify hazards with corrective actions.
• Support relationships with safety vendors and manage service agreements.
