Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 2-3 years administrative or safety support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety compliance processes is a plus.
• Experience with workers' compensation documentation or claims tracking preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and comfortable working in data systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety records including OSHA training and incident logs.
• Organize safety department files and internal channels.
• Coordinate and schedule safety trainings and events.
• Assist in preparing safety performance reports.
• Support workers' compensation documentation and claims tracking.
• Collaborate on implementing EHS programs and procedures.
• Provide administrative support for safety initiatives and projects.
