Job summary

Shirley Parsons is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee two sites north of Montgomery, AL. The role requires a dynamic safety leader with a proven track record in EHS projects and guiding other EHS professionals.

You will implement safety programs, conduct training, and ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance on two Alabama sites. The role involves hands-on site presence at Goodwater and Eclectic, with a focus on developing relationships and driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Proven track record of leading EHS projects (identifying areas of improvement, implementing policies/programs, and owning measurable results).
• Passionate about creating a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage EHS projects onsite.

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee 2 sites north of Montgomery, AL . This hands-on role requires a dynamic, passionate safety leader with a strong track record of managing related EHS projects and other EHS professionals.

This person is critical in implementing safety programs, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory bodies. The location will cover two sites: one in Goodwater, AL and one in Eclectic, AL. This role involves a frequent onsite presence at each location with other EHS professionals to support the program/compliance efforts.
