Job summary

Amazon in Greenfield, IN seeks a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety programs, audits, investigations and risk assessments, delivering safety training to protect associates and improve productivity.

As site safety champion, you will partner with leadership, translate data into action, support emergency response, and drive continuous improvement while balancing efficiency and employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; OSHA knowledge required.
• Certification in First Aid/CPR within 3 weeks if not already held.
• Experience with safety trainings, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Experience handling confidential safety and security matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs, audits, investigations and risk assessments.
• Deliver engaging safety trainings and promote proactive culture.
• Translate safety data into actionable improvements and reports.
• Assist emergency response and ensure site compliance with OSHA.
