• MS Word and Excel proficiency
• Confidentiality in workplace security/personnel matters

Responsibilities

• Drive safety programs through data-driven strategies and lead daily safety audits, investigations, and risk assessments
• Deliver engaging safety training and promote a proactive safety culture
• Serve as safety advisor to associates and leadership; translate safety data into persuasive narratives
• Assist emergency response at the site and support care delivery during emergencies
• Work flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends
