Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to champion safety programs, audits, investigations, and training across sites in Tennessee. You will partner with leaders to foster a proactive safety culture and protect associates on a day-to-day basis.

You will analyze incident data, lead investigations, and support emergency response while ensuring confidential handling of sensitive information and adherence to OSHA standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in EHS-related field or equivalent safety experience.
6+ months in a safety-related role within Amazon or 1 year in EHS field.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910).
Experience using Word and Excel professionally.

Responsibilities

Lead safety programs with data-driven strategies and audits.
Conduct incident investigations and risk assessments.
Deliver safety training and promote proactive culture.
Advise associates on safety and wellbeing and drive engagement.
