Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist (WHSS) to champion safety excellence at our Brooklyn Park site in Minnesota. You will implement safety programs, lead audits, investigations, and risk assessments, and deliver practical training to protect associates daily.

You will collaborate with leadership to foster a proactive safety culture, translate safety data into actionable insights, and support emergency response while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910).
• 1 year in an EHS-related field OR a bachelor's degree in an EHS-related background OR 6 months' safety-related Amazon experience.
• Experience using Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in workplace matters.

Responsibilities
