Job Summary

The Safety Attendant provides one-on-one observation of selected patients to identify behaviors potentially hazardous to self or others, in accordance with facility policies and procedures. The role involves reporting needs and concerns to a licensed nurse.

• Additional Skills: Ability to complete competency testing, knowledge of infection control and patient safety guidelines, ability to work with all age groups, and basic computer skills.
