Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an Assistant Manager, Safety to lead a team of safety professionals, drive safety system improvements, and align initiatives with operational goals.

You will oversee complex projects, mentor staff, and use PDCA to reduce hazards while interpreting policies, assessing risks, and documenting activities. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Safety-related field.
• 8+ years of safety or manufacturing experience.
• Professional safety certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Professional).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, planning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and injury prevention strategies is essential.
