LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an Assistant Manager, Safety to lead a team of safety professionals and drive design and enhancement of safety systems aligned with operations and business goals.

The role focuses on managing safety projects, overseeing daily safety operations, mentoring staff, and applying safety expertise to reduce hazards through PDCA cycles, with emphasis on policy interpretation, risk assessment, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field is required.
• Professional safety certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Professional) are preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and data analysis skills are essential.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, injury prevention, root cause analysis, and business reporting is required.
