Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation claims from injury reporting through resolution and return-to-work coordination.
• Serve as the primary contact for employees, management, insurance carriers, medical providers, and legal teams.
• Review workplace incidents, ensure investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain OSHA logs, records, and reporting.
• Analyze claims and injury trends to support risk reduction initiatives.
• Assist with safety audits, inspections, compliance programs, and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training for managers, supervisors, and employees.
• Support company-wide safety programs and continuous improvement efforts.

Safety and Workers' Compensation Business Partner

Location: Fountain Valley, CA

Pay Rate: $30.06 - $44.33 per hour

Make a direct impact on workplace safety and employee well-being. We are seeking an experienced Safety and Workers' Compensation Business Partner in Fountain Valley, CA. This role is ideal for a safety professional with strong workers' compensation, OSHA compliance, and risk management experience who enjoys partnering with leaders to create a safer workplace.

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Safety, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in workers' compensation, employee relations, environmental health & safety, or HR.
• Experience managing multi-state workers' compensation programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety programs, and compliance reporting.
• PHR, SHRM, OSHA 10/30, or safety certifications preferred.

Job Duties
