Job Description: We are immediately hiring a Safety and Training Manager (Night Shift) in Greencastle, PA for our Supply Chain Solutions division.
Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
Annual Salary Pay: $75,000.00 per year based on experience
Schedule: Night Shift Monday-Friday 6:00 p.m. – 2:30 a.m.

The Warehouse Safety Manager monitors compliance with regulatory agencies, as well as with Ryder's internal safety and health requirements. The role supports safety and operational personnel across multiple warehouse facilities to ensure continuous improvement systems are in place, driving positive outcomes related to employee safety programs, safety compliance, workers' compensation, and injury/collision experiences.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, Required Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
