Big Sky Resort is seeking dedicated and proactive Seasonal Safety and Security Team Members to ensure the safety and security of our expansive resort properties. In this full-time seasonal role, you will patrol resort-owned areas, investigate incidents, identify safety hazards, and support security within hotels and team member housing. You should be a self-starter who thrives independently and collaboratively, playing a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff throughout the season.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing security coverage during all hours.
• Handling security incidents and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Drafting incident reports and maintaining activity logs.
• Monitoring CCTV and patrolling resort grounds.
• Collaborating on safety projects with the Security Manager.
• Using company equipment and vehicles for patrols.
• Responding to emergencies after hours as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, and stand/walk for 8+ hours.
• CPR Certification and Montana State Guard Card are preferred.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality fields is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
