Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking an Operations Integrity Associate to support field teams in personnel safety, process safety, risk management, and OIMS. You will interface with internal customers and external partners, making well-thought-out decisions and following clear procedures to address routine challenges.

You will advise on basic integrity requirements, help implement solutions, and drive safety training, incident learning, and corrective actions across sites.

Qualifications

  • Basic qualifications require a high school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years OSHA/NIOSH standards knowledge.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on basic Operations Integrity requirements and collaborate to implement solutions.
  • Execute safety and risk practices and programs, providing training and driving improved results.
  • Share incident learnings.
  • Identify non-conformances with safety and risk practices and systems and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor for compliance with safety and risk standards and support advocacy on safety and risk issues/programs with governmental and non-governmental institutions.
  • Serve as advisor, collaborator and facilitator in driving Operations Integrity and the implementation and execution of PSMS, WMS, and OIMS, at sites.
  • Serve as an Administrator (or equivalent assessable unit term) for Business Unit or Site OIMS systems.
  • Track and steward follow-up action plan from an internal or external OIMS Assessment.
  • Provide training and guidance for Operations Integrity systems, processes and tools.
  • Develop, share and implement robust learnings from investigations and assessments to improve Operations Integrity and Safety & Health performance.
  • Study findings from assessments, events and good practices to apply learnings to Business Unit or Site Safety Systems
  • Support assessment processes
  • Coordinate Internal Assessment plans for an Assessable Unit (AU) in accordance with Corporate Guidance and with AU Management support

What Role You Will Play In Our Team

An Operations Integrity Associate supports field teams, focusing on personnel safety, process safety, risk management, Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS), and/or emergency preparedness and response. Interface with internal customers, partners, and external entities to align with business needs. Make well-thought-out decisions with modest impact, work on tasks and follow clear procedures to address routine challenges. Build a professional foundation and promote competency development while contributing to business results.


What You Will Do


  • Advise on basic Operations Integrity requirements and collaborate to implement solutions

  • Execute safety and risk practices and programs, providing training and driving improved results

  • Share incident learnings

About You
