As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Safety Analyst to join our team and help uphold our high standards of safety and compliance.

Position Overview:

The Safety Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our drive-away drivers and third-party carriers used by our brokerage team. This role is 100% in-office and requires a detail-oriented, organized professional who understands DOT regulations and transportation safety best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee safety and compliance processes for drive-away drivers and third-party carriers/independent contractors
• Conduct and lead regular safety meetings and training sessions
• Monitor and enforce DOT compliance and internal safety policies
• Audit safety records, driver files, and carrier documentation to ensure full compliance
• Assist in investigations of incidents or violations and implement corrective actions
• Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies regarding safety standards and compliance issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state regulations
• Collaborate with the brokerage and dispatch teams to ensure safe operational practices
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Experience in transportation safety, compliance, or a similar role preferred
• Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator and presenter, especially in group training settings
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
