Job Summary

My client is North America’s largest crankshaft forger. You would be responsible for achieving an accident-free workforce and continuous improvement toward world-class safety in a manufacturing environment. Analyze company safety practices by conducting audits, determine recommendations based on audits performed, and report to upper management. Participate in and conduct accident & incident investigations.

• M-F, 7am-4pm
• Available Shifts: Day Shift
• Pay: $60,000 – $70,000

Qualifications Include

• Preferably have experience in the Safety/Environmental field in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Business, or another relevant field is required
• Practical experience in OSHA 29 CFR 1910
• Working knowledge of basic software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Working Conditions

Requires working in an open office with frequent visits to the shop floor.
