Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Contractor Safety Management Program across projects
• Conduct high-quality safety observations and document findings with leading indicators
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support safety initiatives
• Provide safety leadership for grid enhancement projects
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety policies and regulations
• Clearly communicate safety expectations to contractors
• Represent the client in project-related meetings
• Prepare clear safety reports for stakeholders
• Promote a strong safety culture among field crews
• Support continuous improvement aligned with internal standards
