Zusammenfassung

Ibis Healthcare is seeking a Program Coordinator for the SAFER/Zero Suicide initiative in Tampa. You will manage day-to-day coordination, track timelines, and serve as the central contact for internal teams and external partners, including the Zero Suicide Hillsborough Alliance.

The role emphasizes training logistics, documentation, and support for grant objectives, with regular collaboration across clinical operations, program staff, and leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with healthcare operations or project coordination experience.
• MPH or related graduate degree preferred.
• Strong documentation, communication with diverse stakeholders, and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with grants, compliance, or quality improvement is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the SAFER implementation workplan with activities, milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, materials, minutes, and action tracking.
• Serve as central operational point of contact for Ibis departments and programs.
• Participate in the Zero Suicide Hillsborough Alliance and related committees.
• Coordinate training logistics, attendance, materials, and completion records.
• Maintain organized documentation for projects, meetings, training, policies, workflows, and grant implementation.
• Coordinate implementation across service lines and follow up on action items.
• Track barriers and overdue activities; elevate concerns to the Project Director.
• Support the SAFER organizational assessments and workforce surveys.
• Assist with grant reports, presentations, updates, and sustainability documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare management, health science, behavioral health, or a related field

Master of Public Health (MPH) or related graduate degree preferred
