Job summary

Ibis Healthcare seeks a Licensed Therapist (Clinician) to deliver direct clinical services under SAFER/Zero Suicide. You will assess, counsel, plan treatment, and safety plan for individuals at elevated suicide risk, coordinating transitions across crisis, residential, outpatient, and community services with a focus on engagement and continuity of care.

The role reports to a clinical supervisor and emphasizes teamwork, documentation, and adherence to program requirements while supporting

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services-related field and Florida LMHC/LMFT/LCSW licensure or intern who will be licensed within 6 months.
• Experience providing behavioral health assessment, counseling, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and care coordination.
• Knowledge of suicide risk assessment, safety planning, clinical documentation, and evidence-based behavioral health practices preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical assessment and provide counseling and intervention for individuals with elevated suicide risk and other behavioral health needs.
• Complete suicide risk assessment, safety planning, treatment planning, discharge planning, and related clinical documentation.
• Provide suicide-specific clinical care and support engagement in ongoing treatment.
• Participate in high-risk case review and multidisciplinary care planning.
• Support continuity of care and timely transition between crisis stabilization, residential, outpatient, and community services.
• Provide follow-up and re-engagement support for individuals at risk of suicide as assigned.
• Provide warm handoff to assigned program/provider and coordinate with clinical teams and community resources.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with SAFER requirements.
