Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting an experienced Safeguarding Officer for a further education college in East London. The role is 30 hours per week on a temporary contract, paying £22 per hour via umbrella, with start date as soon as possible, subject to vetting.

You will respond to safeguarding concerns, record issues confidentially, and collaborate with the safeguarding team and external agencies to ensure learners receive appropriate support and a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a safeguarding role within education or similar setting.
• Understanding of safeguarding procedures and handling sensitive information.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

Morgan Hunt is working with a further education college in East London to recruit an experienced Safeguarding Officer.

Location: East London
Contract: Temporary, until 23 October
Hours: 30 hours per week
Pay: £22 per hour via umbrella
Start date: As soon as possible, subject to vetting
