Job summary

Novalink Solutions LLC seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead development across Salesforce, MuleSoft and .NET platforms in a SAFe Agile framework. The role includes acting as Scrum Master, guiding sprint ceremonies and ensuring on-time delivery while removing roadblocks and ensuring policy compliance.

The supervisor will manage development staff and coordinate with multiple internal and external teams to keep backlogs healthy and deliver value in line with the Digital Transformation Office

Qualifications

Experience leading product development and product teams.
SAFe Agile practices and Scrum Master background.
Ability to manage backlogs and sprint commitments.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Plan and coordinate cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

Serve as product manager for Salesforce, MuleSoft, .NET projects.
Act as Scrum Master and lead Agile ceremonies.
Remove roadblocks to ensure sprint commitments are met.
Ensure compliance with department policies and procedures.
Manage professional personnel supporting development projects.
