Job summary

ZipStaff Inc. is seeking a Technical Product Manager for an on-site, 7-month contract in Phoenix, AZ.

You will lead product management for Salesforce, MuleSoft, .NET, and other enterprise applications to support the Digital Transformation Office and act as scrum master for the development team. You will remove roadblocks, prioritize large backlogs, and coordinate across internal and external teams while ensuring sprint commitments are met under SAFe and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing large product backlogs.
• 5+ years of product management and Agile delivery experience, including SAFe practice.
• Proven experience as a scrum master or Agile team lead running sprint ceremonies.
• Experience supervising professional technical staff on development projects.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, MuleSoft and .NET application delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Rally.
• Knowledge of IT testing processes and IT audit procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including writing about complex issues and ideas.
• Must be local to Phoenix, AZ and able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own product management for Salesforce, MuleSoft, .NET and other enterprise applications supporting the DTO.
• Serve as scrum master for the development team, running sprint ceremonies under SAFe and Agile methodologies.
• Manage and prioritize large product backlogs, product planning, work plans and development efforts.
• Remove roadblocks and ensure sprint commitments are met by the team.
• Manage professional development personnel, including team building and conflict resolution.
• Plan, coordinate and organize activities involving multiple internal and external entities.
• Prepare work plans, flowcharts and decision matrices.
• Administer project management and software testing tools, and oversee IT testing and audit procedures.
• Ensure compliance with department policies and procedures.
