Job summary

Novalink Solutions LLC seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead development across Salesforce, MuleSoft and .NET platforms in a SAFe Agile framework. The role includes acting as Scrum Master, guiding sprint ceremonies and ensuring on-time delivery while removing roadblocks and ensuring policy compliance.

The supervisor will manage development staff and coordinate with multiple internal and external teams to keep backlogs healthy and deliver value in line with the Digital Transformation Office

Job Description

The Applications Development Supervisor will serve as the product manager (SAFe Agile Specialist) for applications developed in Salesforce, MuleSoft, .NET and other enterprise grade projects under in support of the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) . Additionally they will be a scrum master for the development team and follow Agile Methdologies including sprint ceremonies. The apps dev supervisor will also be responsible to ensure that there are no roadblocks and that the sprint commitments are met by their staff. Ensure compliance to departments policies and procedures.

Management of professional personnel in support of development projects.
