Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in an enterprise Agile environment.

• Experience facilitating sprint ceremonies and PI planning.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience tracking Agile metrics and impediment resolution.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate PI planning and Scrum of Scrums.
• Coach cross-functional teams toward self-management and continuous improvement.
• Support Product Owners with backlog readiness, prioritization, and refinement.
• Track agile metrics including velocity, burndown, sprint predictability, and impediment resolution.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in an enterprise Agile environment.

Hands-on knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery practices.

Experience facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning.

Strong proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.

Experience tracking Agile metrics, including velocity, burndown, sprint predictability, and impediment resolution.

Ability to coach cross-functional teams toward self-management and continuous improvement.

Experience supporting Product Owners with backlog readiness, prioritization, and refinement.

Ability to coordinate dependencies across multiple Agile teams and participate in Scrum of Scrums.
