Job summary

Apptad Inc in New York, NY seeks an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Lead to drive enterprise Agile practices. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and partner with stakeholders to deliver value.

The role requires hands-on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe knowledge, strong JIRA/Confluence proficiency, and the ability to track velocity and burndown while removing impediments. PI planning experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in an enterprise Agile environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning.
• Strong proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience tracking Agile metrics, including velocity, burndown, sprint predictability, and impediment resolution.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile events to ensure alignment and commitment.
• Coach teams on Agile practices, help remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product and Program teams during PI planning and backlog refinement.
• Monitor and report on Agile metrics to drive performance and predictability.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure value delivery and timely releases.
