Child Development Schools is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver in Benton, AR to provide safe, reliable transportation for students to and from school and activities. You will also support classrooms, collaborating with the Lead Teacher to create a warm, engaging environment that fosters curiosity, confidence and kindness.

In this full‑time role, you will interact with families, observe children's progress, maintain a safe bus environment, and help with attendance and daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-time, safe transportation for before and after school programs.
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication.
