Job summary

Child Development Schools Arkansas is seeking a Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for students to and from school and activities. You will also support classrooms, partnering with Lead Teachers to create warm, engaging learning moments for young children.

Daily duties include maintaining a clean, organized vehicle, observing children, and sharing developmental notes with teachers. You will build strong relationships with families through consistent communication and participate

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Genuine care for children and a commitment to their safety and well-being.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with families.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of working with young children.
• A degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education and prior experience in a licensed childcare center are a plus, but not required.
• We hire characters and train for skill.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements.
• Provide on time, safe and reliable transportation for our Before and After School programs.
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication.
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports.
