Job summary

Child Development Schools Arkansas is seeking a Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for students to and from school and activities.

You may also support classrooms, collaborating with the Lead Teacher to foster curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth, while helping create a warm, welcoming environment.

Pay ranges from $13 to $15 per hour, based on experience and education, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Genuine care for children and safety commitment.
• Strong communication and family relationship skills.
• Physical ability to meet demands of working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely transportation for Before and After School programs.
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through daily communication.
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports.
