Job summary
Bart & Associates, LLC is seeking a Release Train Engineer to join a contract with a federal government client, supporting an important mission. The RTE will facilitate Agile Release Train processes to ensure coordinated delivery across teams supporting enterprise COTS applications.
Responsibilities include PI planning, dependency coordination, removing impediments, and aligning ART execution with business and mission strategy in a SAFe environment. Active Top-Secret clearance is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field or two additional years of IT experience without a degree.
- Three years of SAFe RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master experience.
- At least one year as an RTE supporting enterprise COTS applications.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate PI planning and Agile ceremonies.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams.
- Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.
- Support alignment between business strategy and ART execution.
- Ensure compliance with Agile/SAFe principles.
