Job summary

VSolvit, LLC. is looking for a motivated SAFe Product Owner to support Agile Release Train delivery efforts in Norco, CA. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment between Agile teams and stakeholders while managing the team backlog and participating in key Agile activities.

This position requires a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be able to maintain a Secret security clearance. Join a growing team that values collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar Agile role within a SAFe or Agile environment.
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain one.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Team Backlog to support ART objectives.
• Define and refine user stories and backlog items.
• Participate in PI Planning, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• Ensure Agile Teams understand business priorities and requirements.
• Validate delivery against business and functional requirements.
