Job summary

CommuniCare Inc. seeks an experienced SAFE Family Recovery Program Supervisor in New Haven, CT to lead a dedicated team supporting families involved with DCF.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field with active Connecticut licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• At least three years of experience providing clinical and recovery support services.
• Supervisory, leadership, or program oversight experience in behavioral health, substance use, family services, or related settings.
• Experience with culturally diverse populations and collaborating with community partners.
• Strong organizational, communication, conflict resolution, and project management skills.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel throughout the community as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the SAFE Family Recovery Program and ensure services are delivered per standards and contracts.

What You'll Do
