Child Development Schools in Wilson, NC is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to provide safe transportation for students to and from school and activities. You will support classrooms alongside the Lead Teacher, helping create a warm, welcoming learning environment.

You will interact with families, document attendance, and help with daily reports while maintaining a safe bus environment and meeting licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young learners and families.
• Ability to maintain safety and licensing standards.
• Good communication and teamwork with teachers.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom and transport area.
• Provide on-time, safe transportation for Before and After School programs.
• Engage with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through daily communication.
• Assist with attendance and daily reports; maintain a safe bus environment.
