Child Development Schools in Havelock, NC is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for our students to and from school and activities. You will support classrooms alongside the Lead Teacher, helping young learners through hands-on activities and everyday moments.

You will build trusted relationships with families, observe children to note development, and contribute to a warm, welcoming environment where children feel secure and excited to learn.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Provide on time, safe and reliable transportation for our Before and After School programs
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
• Maintain a safe Bus environment
