Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in semiconductor capital equipment or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization.
• Ability to influence execution without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product changes across the Sabre 3D portfolio, ensuring readiness.
• Lead review and approval of product, engineering, and non-standard requests.
• Ensure readiness across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, service, and commercial teams.
• Manage product configurations, upgrades, variants, and releases.
• Coordinate new features and customer-specific solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Resolve obsolescence risks and balance releases with manufacturing and service needs.
• Lead lifecycle management from introduction to end-of-life.
• Coordinate implementation activities to support product health and scalability.
