Job summary

Pattern is seeking a Software Test and Support Engineer to join our Deployment team in Denver. This on-site role focuses on testing, deployment, and supporting our fleet orchestration software, with occasional travel.

You will work closely with customers in the field, perform triage, report bugs, and support weekly release testing to ensure smooth operations for our large-scale SAAS product.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
• Experience troubleshooting and providing remote support.
• Understanding of software test and deployment cycles.

Responsibilities

• Customer-focused field engagement to strengthen relationships and resolve issues.
• Provide technical support, triage, and collaborate with HQ engineers to keep operations running.
