Job summary

Freshworks is seeking a Technical Curriculum Developer to join the Revenue Enablement team in Boston. You will create engaging technical learning experiences for Partner Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and other customer-facing roles, translating complex concepts into practical learning through eLearning, videos, and interactive content.

Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional partners to shape course scope, objectives, and assessments, building certifications and readiness

Qualifications

Experience designing technical curriculum and learning experiences in a SaaS or tech environment.
Ability to create polished multimedia learning content including eLearning, video, and interactive formats.
Strong skills to define course scope, objectives, structure, and assessments.
Experience designing learning for technical audiences (Solution Engineering, Professional Services, etc.).
Solid technical foundation to translate concepts into learning content.

Responsibilities

Design and develop technical learning experiences including eLearning, certifications, assessments, and videos.
Create professional multimedia content using text, video, audio, animations, and Storyline/Rise.
Partner with engineering, product, and SMEs to translate concepts into practical learning.
Assess learning needs, define scope, objectives, and content structure.
Identify essential concepts and keep experiences focused and scoped.
Build and maintain certifications and readiness programs for Freshworks solutions.
Measure effectiveness via assessments and business outcomes and improve content.
